Playful Pathways:
Playful Pathways is a warm, nurturing program by Play Cousins Collective that helps children ages 0–5 grow, learn, and thrive through play. Rooted in a Montessori-inspired approach, the program focuses on building kindergarten readiness by supporting social-emotional, fine motor, and language development through hands-on learning and exploration.
Parents are active partners in the journey, benefiting from monthly workshops, developmental screenings using the Ages and Stages Questionnaire, and resources like diapers, wipes, and parenting support. Families also have access to our Holding Space program, which provides affordable therapy while children receive onsite care.
Schedule & Pricing Playful Pathways operates Monday through Thursday with flexible enrollment options:
-Morning Session: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PMChildcare costs average $6 per hour for families not utilizing Holding Space, while parents enrolled in Holding Space therapy receive free onsite childcare during their sessions.
Together, we’re creating a community where children can discover, play, and grow, and parents can rest, heal, and connect.
Holding Space:
At Play Cousins Collective, therapy is more than treatment, it’s tradition. We honor therapy as an ancestral method of healing and resilience, a modern expression of what our people have always done: gathering with elders, shamans, and wise ones to restore balance and remember who we are.
Through Holding Space, you can meet with a therapist online or in person at Play Cousins Collective while your children enjoy our enriching programs. Sessions are available at free or sliding scale rates, ensuring access to care for every family in our village.
We are decolonizing therapy, removing shame, restoring connection, and leading generational healing as a collective. Our therapists don’t stand apart from the community; they are part of it. In Therapist Roundtables, they gather (in a fully HIPAA-compliant way) to share patterns, wisdom, and community needs that emerge in sessions. These reflections shape our Collective Healing Gatherings, where we tend to the spirit of the village together.
Healing is not an individual journey, it’s a return to one another.
